Beccles Brownies visit the museum …..
On the evening of Tuesday 3rd October Beccles Brownies visited the museum.
They were learning about aeroplanes and history as part of a badge that they are doing. They had a chance to fly one of our flight simulators as well as visiting the Valetta Aircraft and learning about its history and the history of flying.
They then had a walk around the museum looking at different exhibits and sat in our Anderson Shelter whilst a simulated air raid recording was played. Several of the Brownies jumped a bit when the bombs went off.
First time we have had a visit from Brownies and it was a great success.
