Update from the Chippy Workshop …..
On Thursday 14 December, the visitor who was interested in the toy aeroplane we had in the hangar came to collect it. The plane is now in the paint colours that the lady requested. We hope that her 4 year old daughter had a big surprise when she woke up on Christmas morning.

Some of us from the chippy workshop returned to work on the 2 January as we now have more display units to make to house some radio and electrical equipment that has been in storage.
The model store has now got a new ceiling as the previous ceiling collapsed due to a leaky roof.
The Air Ambulance toy plane has new been repaired and returned to the hangar. We are now in the process of making and painting new units in the hangar to replace the old ones that display the bric-a-brac.

We are also making a new ride-on children’s aeroplane. This will be a Mustang. We have not built this model before. When it is complete, and anyone is interested, it could be for sale. Price to be decided.
