ROC Day @ NASAM …
The weather was fine for the start of the ROC Day at the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum.
Members of the Royal Observer Corps manned stalls, and it was a very successful day despite the RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Hurricane not showing. It seems that the aircraft had engine trouble and was unable to make the flypast.
There were plenty of visitors, old and new.
The weather remained excellent for us for most of the day but it started to rain after 4.30.
Plenty of volunteers turned up to support this great day. Thanks to Gwen for the pictures.
