Four in a Bed <<<< UPDATE >>>>
As previously reported, we welcomed the TV crew and participants of Channel 4’s ‘Four In A Bed’ series to the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum on Tuesday 5 March 2019. At the time we did not know when the TV show would be aired. Unfortunately, we found out after the event, that it was broadcast on the 30th September 2019. Those of you who have access to “My4” can see that show by clicking on the following link:
Also the show is being broadcast on “4seven” 1130 – 1200 on Monday 7th October 2019.

Tuesday 5th March – Four in a Bed
The B&B-oriented programme lets owners in different areas of the country show off attractions local to their premises; Tuesday’s B&B is in Denton and its owners have a link to NASAM on their website.
So, on a clear but chilly day, we showed off the Valetta and the F-27 giving the participants the chance to sit in the aircraft while we talked through the various histories and technical details. All seemed suitably impressed … but we’ll have to wait for actual transmission of the programme before we get to see how much of our ‘spiel’ made it to the final cut! Those of you who’ve been involved in the making of tv programmes will know that most of the time is spent ‘hanging around’ … Tuesday was no exception, but the national publicity for our beloved museum made it all worthwhile!
Well done Tony.
