Update on the F27 from the Paint Team

Since the last update below on the 8th Oct, the volunteers on the Paint Team have completed the work on the Fokker F27.  The aircraft is now resplendent in its Air UK colours once more.

Well done to the Paint Team for getting this work done before the real adverse weather sets in.

Update from the Paint Team … 8th Oct

Gwen and the volunteers on the Paint Team made the most of the good weather on Tuesday at the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum, to spruce up some of the aircraft exhibits outside.   

The Canberra Nose Cone is coming along a treat as can been seen in the photos below.

The Fokker F27 undercoat has been completed; the white is complete with topcoat; just the lettering, stripes, the nose and the chassis to do.
