NASAM Needs Your Help .

As you will probably know the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum has been closed for an extended period due to the COVID crisis.  This has meant that we have been unable to get income, either from sales or from donations from the visitors to the museum, throughout what would have been an important revenue-earning period for us.  We now need to try to make good that shortfall as we go through the rest of the year in what will be a restricted situation.

Donate or Membership, which is for you ??

If you would like to help please consider either a donation, which can be done via any of the link buttons on the blog.  Alternatively, to help longer-term and stay in touch with what is happening at NASAM why not take out a membership to the museum. 

Make a Donation to the Museum

To donate is simple and straightforward, simply click on the button below and you will be taken to the NASAM donation page on the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) website where you can specify the amount and make a payment in a number of ways. 

The donations will help in these difficult times to keep things ticking along until we can reopen and once again welcome people back to the museum.

Become a Museum member

If you would like to contribute in a longer-term way and support the museum and hear about its progress, then why not become a museum member.  The modest annual membership fee gets you the museum newsletter three times a year, and you would be welcome to attend the social events.  In addition:

  • Members may attend the Annual General Meeting
  • The museum plans to charge admission at some point in the future; membership will allow free entry as many times during the year as you wish.

Adult individual £10 Adults who wish to join individually
Family £15 A family group from the same household

Currently, membership runs from 1st April to 31st March. Those initially joining after 1st January and before 31st March are enrolled as members until 31st March the following year.

Company Membership

Being a Limited Company, regular members can be recommended by other company members for Company Membership. 

  • This entitles the holder to vote at the company Annual General Meeting.
  • This also entitles the holder, if willing, to be nominated to hold office for a minimum three-year term on the management committee and become a Trustee of the charity and director of the company, and therefore to participate in decision-making on the governance of the museum and plans for its future.

  • Print the form and post it to us with the appropriate cheque at Norfolk & Suffolk Aviation Museum, The Street, Flixton, Bungay, NR35 1NZ
  • Download the form and complete it on-line, then return it to us via email at  membership@aviationmuseum.net and pay on-line via this button which will take you to the CAF website to complete the process.
