NASAM Video Tour No6 … Aerial View of the Museum …

In July of last year, a gentleman came along to the Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum and asked if he could fly a drone and take some aerial shots of the Museum.  Permission was granted and he spent some time on a very quiet day and flew the drone over the Museum and along the boardwalk towards the River Waveney.

The video below contains some of that video and some stills from his aerial photo shoot.  Unfortunately, a good deal of video and photos were lost as the drone developed a fault during the flight.  However, the gentleman concerned was good enough to send us what he salvaged.

This video footage, and photos, have been incorporated into a 2-minute trial introduction to a YouTube Channel which we are hoping to start.  The channel will show the Museum, the aircraft and some of the major exhibits.  The videos posted so far have been those promulgated through the blog, although this will be broadened in the future with videos produced specifically for the Channel.  Please note that this Youtube trial is currently “work in progress” but can be viewed by following the link at the foot of the page below the photos.
